THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO HELP

Every family makes the program stronger. Whether you have an hour, a skill, a truck, or simply a willingness to pitch in, we would love to hear from you. Tell us how you would like to get involved and a booster will follow up. Not ready to commit right now? Supporting your own student is volunteering too, and you are always welcome to reach out later.

How You'd Like to Participate

A few ways families pitch in (for inspiration, pick whatever fits):

  • Lending man-power at away games, competitions, and fundraisers
  • Serving student meals on game days or during band camp
  • Donating supplies (snacks, meal ingredients, water, and more)
  • Planning, organizing, and leadership
  • Chaperoning rehearsals, events, and games
Special Skills & Resources

Have a particular skill, trade, or resource? Examples:

  • ATV or utility trailer for Conquest and band events
  • Carpentry, construction, prop building, or equipment repair
  • Culinary: preparing meals and snacks for camp, competitions, and events
  • Transportation: trailers, trucks, or vans for moving equipment to away events
  • IT and technical support
  • Photography and videography
  • Graphic design for posters, programs, and promotional materials
  • Marketing and social media
  • Event planning and management
  • Fundraising and corporate sponsorship connections
  • Sewing and crafts: uniform alterations, flags, and prop decoration
